APV pasteurizer machine which manufactured in 1999, used until 2004. The equipment operated only for 5 years, since then only stored in our store room.
Capacity 15000 l/h.
In addition to the heat treatment of fibrous fruits, it is suitable for the heat treatment of any product, taking into account the storage time.
It is a pasteurizer that can be operated with a hot water boiler. (100/80 C).
Countercurrent, water-cooled.
Temperature 16-80-95 -temperature control- 30 Celsius.
A different schedule can also be set.
