Food Grade Sigma Mixer having application for mixing food and confectionary products like biscuit dough, sauce, bubble gum, milled wheat flour etc. Machine consist of U trough bowl with two ‘Z’ shape blades each rotates in opposite direction for uniform mixing of product. Machine equipped with standard capacity motor & gearbox decided as per thickness of the product & process characteristics. Machine is provided with Jacket arrangement for heating or cooling applications as per process requirements. We manufacture Food Grade Sigma Mixer in capacity ranging from 5 kgs. up to 5000 kgs.
