A plant equipped with CIP system is a complete plant, aiming to production efficiency and able to minimize shut-down times for cleaning activities. The CIP is fully assembled and cabled in the workshop, including an electrical control panel, to be promptly operative at customer site.
CIP system is a closed loop where sanitary conditions are easier to be kept, safe operation is enhanced, and maintenance cost are reduced; equipped with one tank, guarantees more efficiency by minimizing waiting times between loading/ washing/unloading phases
CIP can be integrated into the automation system to easily control critical cleaning parameters such as flow rates, temperature, pressure, level and conductivity.
