2021 Veysel Kütüklü VTC 100 Automatic Bonnell Spring Transfer Machine in excellent condition with exceptionally low production. Total production counter: only 1,236,577 springs since new.

Premium-quality industrial machine, comparable to leading European spring machinery, designed for reliable high-volume Bonnell spring unit production. Maximum production speed 80 springs/min and working width up to 2,000 mm. Mitsubishi Motion Control, fully automatic spring coiling, knotting, heat treatment, transfer and assembly.

The machine was purchased new and has been used very lightly. It is currently stored in a relatively safe region of Western Ukraine, away from active hostilities. Inspection and live demonstration are available at the current location.

Selling price including an initial spare parts package. Delivery can be arranged according to the buyer’s preferred logistics model and mutually agreed Incoterms. Installation, commissioning and operator training at the buyer’s site can be provided by our technician for an additional fee.
