The RFC-8 is a high-speed automatic filling and closing machine designed to perform in-line dosing, filling and capping operations of round plastic bottles and vials.

Monobloc machine with continuous movement built in AISI 304 stainless steel for filling and closing bottles complete with cap elevator and circular cap vibrator.

The machine fills with 12 syringes made in stainless steel and teflon and with a capacity of 25 ml each. The syringes are fully adjustable in dosage and are connected to needles by means of special tubes to supply the dosed product.

The capping group is made up of 8 roller-beading closing heads.

All the most important operational functions are continuously monitored through a series of sensors.

The filler is complete with a format for round plastic bottles with a total height of 66 mm, diam. 30 mm, cap diam. 24 mm and is also equipped with a plastic safety cover-cap insertion unit which is not currently mounted on the machine.
