MARCHESINI BA 100

The refurbished MARCHESINI BA-100 cartoner has been purpose-built to satisfy, in a complete and user-friendly way, the key requirements of cartoning processes in the pharmaceutical, chemical, food, and related industries. It handles pre-glued cartons with reverse or straight tuck (aeroplane) closures, and can also operate with hot-melt sealing or a combination of tuck and hot-melt systems. The MARCHESINI BA-100 is a horizontal, intermittent-motion cartoning machine equipped with a bucket conveyor. The system allows either manual product loading or integration with various automatic feeding units, with or without linkage to other automated equipment. The MARCHESINI BA-100 also features a full interlock system that prevents start-up or stops operation in the event of jams or faults. When an interlock is triggered, the condition is clearly indicated by a red warning light on the control panel.
