Automatic tray packaging machine Pancolini / Norea model NR10_S, purchased in 2015 and scarcely used for production.

The system is designed for packaging in preformed trays with aroma-preserving lid and includes:

Volumetric dosers (2 trays per cycle);

Vacuum and inert gas injection system (extremely positive impact on product shelf-life);

Sealing of the top film;

Automatic aroma-preserving lid applicator;

Loaders for trays and lids;

Automatic labeling unit (double label: bottom and lid) with inkjet marker for lot and expiry date;

Rotating accumulation table for labeled and marked trays.

Productivity: approximately 20 trays/minute (≈ 1,200 trays/hour).
The machine features a display with recipe memory and is in perfect condition, currently protected with a protective film.
